Owner and manager Eric Armstrong started his career in the recruiting industry in 1992. Born and raised in Nebraska, Eric has an economics degree from the University of California, San Diego. Eric's philosophy has always been to develop a partnership with candidates, managers, and human resources. His goal is to always be considered the best recruiting source in the geographic markets and industries he represents. Eric continues to actively work a desk as well as manage, train, and develop executive recruiting professionals for Armstrong Financial Group. Eric served our country as a member of the United States Marine Corps for five years.
