Unlike most firms who take a more transactional approach, our business model supports the idea of creating strong relationships and repeat business with fewer clients. Could we generate more revenue if we were less relationship driven and more transactional? Possibly, but I am not in this business for the short term successes only, and I do my absolute best to hire associates that think the same way I do. This is our career. This business is our passion, and I think most of the companies and people we work with understand that.
